Improving Onboard Communication Tools

I’ve recently been thinking about how our onboard communication tools can really impact the passenger experience. A smoother, more reliable system could help us address passenger concerns faster, especially during delays. Has anyone implemented new tech that’s improved communication with passengers on board? I’d love to hear about your experiences.

I’ve found that implementing a real-time messaging app for staff has really helped in addressing passenger concerns during delays. It allows us to send updates directly, reducing confusion and wait times — have you considered integrating something like WhatsApp or another platform on board?

Totally agree that smoother communication can enhance the passenger experience, especially during delays. I’ve seen success with a simple, low-cost radio system for real-time updates, which keeps everyone informed without the hassle of app downloads like @nathaniel92 suggested. What kind of tech are you considering implementing, and have you looked into the cost vs. benefit yet?
