Improving Onboard Experience with Feedback Loops

We’ve been hearing some valuable feedback from passengers about their onboard experience, and I wanted to share some insights. Recently, we initiated a new system to gather real-time feedback during trips, which has already resulted in noticeable improvements in meal services. I tried the feedback feature last week, and it felt like getting a text from my friend asking if I enjoyed the meal — so instant!
