Six-minute turnarounds are breaking us

Anyone else getting burned by 6-minute flips at the terminal? On our 06:12 inbound 214 we’re clearing Track 7, doing door interlock checks and an equipment reset, then turning for the 06:20 outbound 231, and one meet at MP 18 or a 90-second dwell at Elm Park (card says 45s) blows the slot — what’s working for you to protect OTP without cutting platform checks?

We’ve been saving close to a minute with a true “hot-seat” at the bumper — outbound engineer is already in the cab on arrival, keeps HEP up, does the quick TCMS reset while I run interlock and platform sweep in parallel, so nothing gets skipped… We also pre-call RTC to slide the MP 18 meet a couple minutes when Elm Park runs long, which gives us a little float without touching the carded dwell. Can you stage your relief so the cab never goes dark at 06:12?
